The purpose of the National Highland Register Society Incorporated (NZ) is to establish and maintain a credible Herd Book for the registration of Scottish Highland Cattle in New Zealand. We collect, verify, preserve and publish pedigrees, to maintain their purity.
Through various publications we inspire and inform enthusiasts, with an aim to increase awareness of the breed and to encourage the development of commercial Highland beef.
We are determined to help build, for the good of all, a strong and viable Highland industry.
